Assessment first
4KHD may assess surface condition, access, buildup, material type, and other property factors before confirming the recommended cleaning method or final scope.
Specialty areas
Roofs, gutters, unusual materials, and specialty surfaces are evaluated separately and are not automatically included in a standard exterior-cleaning package.
Weather and access
Exterior work may need to be rescheduled when weather, site access, safety conditions, utility availability, or property conditions prevent the service from being performed responsibly.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information and reasonable access to the agreed work areas. Any preparation requirements specific to a job will be communicated before service.
Job-specific terms
The written estimate, proposal, or service agreement for a particular job may include additional scope, payment, scheduling, cancellation, or property-specific terms. Those job-specific terms control if they differ from this general website summary.
